Need help please with 2010 usb radio in 08 Silverado

I am new to the forum and looking for some help please. I recently bought a 2010 gm factory radio with the USB plug in the back to replace my non usb radio in my 2008 Silverado. My goal was to hide my Ipod in the glove box with no wires showing.

 

After it was first installed, the volume was really low. I took it to my local GM dealer and they fixed this problem.

 

Now I've noticed when I've drove the truck for about an hour straight, the radio begins going into different modes. For instance, when listening to my Ipod it will kick it to a radio station. It will continously go back and forth between the different options in the radio.

 

I don't know if possibly the radio isn't programmed completely or if the radio I bought off of Ebay is junk.

not to hijack but do you know what the dealer did to fix the low volume issue I am having same issue and dealer does not know what to do without spending lots of time on phone to gm and delphi support
