Pics won't stay in profile

Well, I finally figured out how to insert a pic into my profile. Last nite, it was working good, but today, they were replace by the box with the little red x.  

Doe picture trail limit how many times you can insert pics, or how long?

they probly don't allow you to use them as a pic host.  just get a free homestead site and put a pic there
