Update on transfer

:thumb: Well as with Shaners my dealer had to jump through all the hoops the factory rep. told them to. I got my truck back and its working great. I bought the truck used and when I bought it it had all new tires. The mechanic told me the tires which are the same brand and size were 3/4 of an inch bigger on the front and this could have caused the problem. I measured them and couldn't find the difference. I did have the opportunity to see the problem. The gears that mesh together when you engage the transfer had peaces broke of the tips. Myself I think the yo yo that had it before me got it spinning and engaged the 4wd. Any thoughts? The dealer did a great job fixxing the problem.

I'm glad you got your truck back and everything is OK now...

I don't quite understand the tire thing.  If they are the same size and brand, and if they are relatively the same age and have been rotated, I don't see how they could be 3/4" bigger.

Oh well, the important thing is that your truck is fixed.
