Tonneau cover

I am looking for a hard tonneau cover for my truck and was wondering what you guys think. I currently have an Extang Blackmax, but I'm looking to upgrade. I need something that is removable so that I can get my motorcycle in the bed. I am looking at the Gaylord X2000. Does anybody have one of these? I am also looking at SnugTop and ARE. I want something that goes over the rail and over the factory tailgate "wing" if possible. I looked at the Rolltop but I would lose too much bed room. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I have the Access and it is great...I like the tension adjusters that keep the top tight and it fits right down on the tailgate. My 2 cents.......  :(

I just put on  a sportmaster tonneau, it has the gas shocks and it is easy to take off, I have the cut down version as I have a tool box in the short box , looks good, have a guy at work who put on the extang and it has no snaps, a real nice sleak look, but a bad idea for cold weather, hard to get it back into the groove, I'd still spring for the snap type, the hinge up type works nice, never buy one that is stationary, as we all will need to get in there once in a while.

I went with the Access tonnneau cover and glad I did.  It survived 2 winters in Alaska and still looks great.  I've had know piled up even wiht the top of my cab and the cover held up nice.   :(

I have an Access Cover and love it. It seems like you are wanting a hard cover, so I would reccomend the Gaylord. A lot of the members at Fordtruckword.com have the Gaylord and swear by it. Everyone seems to be happy with the fit, finish and quality.

I've got a "Lowrider" Tannoe cover for my stepside and I love it. It goes over everything that you wanted and it has the gas shocks and what not. One other thing I like about it is it has one lock in the center instead of two locks on the two sides. My dad is actually the one who found it, I think he got it from Prestige Auto or something on the internet...
