issue with 2002 silverado ext cab

so i am getting increased road noise/whistle when i get over 70 km/h in the truck and im guessing it is because of the pins in the rear door? ive talked to my local dealer and was informed that i have to buy the entire hinge so my question is does anyone know where i can find a decent price on a set

First make sure it's the door seal and not the rear window seals. They make a window lock that pulls the window a little tighter to seal better. If it is the door, here ya go:
