Front hub bearing replacement question

My hub bearing is bad. Lifted front left wheel and there's play. I get the growling sound at low speeds. Question is can I just replace the bearing? I have an 05 Yukon denali

Don't quote me, but I'm pretty sure that you have a sealed hub bearing that must be replaced as an assembly. You won't be able to replace just the bearings. It's not a hard job, do a search for hub bearing, there was a good thread here for replacement procedures. When mine went out it was pretty straight forward repair, the torque settings is the only hard part.

I replaced one of my front hub bearings 4 years ago with a bearing ordered off of EBay, and 90,000 miles later is still working great. A fairly easy task if you get the proper directions and the right tools.

Looking at that video, and wow...no more spindles to replace when it get too much wear??
