Console Lock

In my 99 Silverado LT, the center console has a lock, there was no key when i bought the truck, dealer told me the only way to get it was to buy a whole new lid for the console.. around 80 bucks!  Any one know of an aftermarket lock or a way to get a keyfor it   Number on the lock is 133.  Local locksmiths can't seem to find a key for it, or cut one.

The key should have come with it.  The dealer probably lost it or something to that effect.  You'll probably have to splurge for the new lid.  The kick the dealers @ss!
