Another dummy left his key on.

I'm a long way from home and on top of a mountain. Any ways left the key on and had to get a jump. Now I have 2 codes. P0700 and P2534. The truck wont shift gears. When I pull it down into low where I normally can use the buttons to go 1 - 6 nothing is there. Got some work to do before dark so I'm letting it idle and will see what happens.

 

2010 5.3 6 speed.

 

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Get the battery charge fully. Then disconnect the cables and then reconnect. Maybe it needs a simple reset.

Yep that's what I did. Had me worried for a while but got down the hill. Now I got to head back up.
