ADVENT OGM1 & TAILGATE CAMERA--GREAT UNIT.

I just recently purchased the Advent OGM1 & the Tailgate Camera kit from Walt at ADCmobile.

I have been wanting to change out the cheap wireless camera and 2.5" display for a long time.

I installed it yesterday and it works just fine. Walt is great to deal with and get proper instruction(s) from. Price is right compared to any I have seen on the internet after you match all the services and extras, including shipping, that Walt gives you.

Had one small problem with my Samsung Fascinate by Verizon, trying to pair it, but resolved the problem by having the Radio search for the phone rather than the phone search for the radio. So you have to use the phone's pin and accept the radio. That being done, and then ensuring the Bluetooth in the radio is set for "auto connect" will do the trick.

By the way, I now have a CoStar BlueStar unit for sale. I bought it Feb 2010. It works just fine. $100.00 plus shipping and you own it.

 

I also have the GM-DeLco OEM Radio/CD Unit for sale if somebody needs one.
