security re-learn procedure on 04 5.3?

Just got my truck all back together after cam and trans mods. I had a black bear tune before and the new one just came in the mail today. I can not remember what the security re-learn procedure is for my truck. I tried the 11min key on 30 second key off one for three times but it did not work. I know I had to do this the first time I got a tune but can't remember the steps.

Security Relearn

Step 1: Attempt to start vehicle. If it starts up, then no relearn is needed. If it does not start or if it starts and immediately dies, then the relearn procedure is needed.

Step 2: Leave the key in the run position for 10-12 minutes (or until the security light shuts off). Make sure that no accessories are on and that your headlights are switched to the off position.

Step 3: Remove the key from the ignition for 45 seconds.

Step 4: Repeat steps 1-3 three times, ensuring that you attempt to start it on each attempt. On the fourth start attempt, the vehicle should start and the relearn is complete.
