Aries 4'' oval nerf bars

Would not recomend buying from Aries. I bought these bars and installed them using the body mount bolts and these things just would not stop squeaking. I tried adjusting them every which way and they just wouldnt stop making noise. I went to the dealer and they said they dont recomend bars that mount this way because they prevent the body mount bushings from working the way they were designed. I called to return them and they never called me back. Avoid Aries products.

It's not the body mount bushings making the noise-it's the boards themselves, as you mentioned. Mounting step boards to the body mounts IS A VERY POOR DESIGN no matter who makes them or where they came from.

 

To all my fellow members out there-if the boards mount to the body frame bolts RUN THE OTHER WAY!
