Just saw this movie and all I have to say is wow...it was pretty dam good in my opinion especially if you like AvP(!?!?!?) the story ,action, characters everything was good! Go watch it!

Seen it opening weekend in IMAX, very good movie, but can someone explain the opening scene to me?

The guy who dissolved did that in order to give life to the planet because they had just finished terraforming the planet.

The ship did not crash all i rememeber it doing was like looking at the guy and when he turned to goo it took off
