Front Pads and Rotors

Hey! I was wondering if someone could get me the acdelco part numbers for the front rotors and pads on my truck. I put new stuff on last year, but purchased the parts from advance auto. I just took the front tires off this past weekend and it doesn't look like they gave me the correct rotors. They are smaller than the pads and now the pads have only worn where they were on the rotors and the pad is starting to go over top of the rotors. I would like to order new acdelco parts and start over. Here are the last 8 of my vin: 61274298 This is for my 2006 GMC Sierra SLT 1500 Crew Cab. Thanks in advance for any help!

I would just take the pads, rotors and any boxes or reciepts you might have back to advance auto. Politetly explain what the situation is and they will probably give you an exchange or a refund. If none of this works, try www.rockauto.com they sell ac delco parts and you can probably get the parts or just the part #'s from them.

Personally, I would just go to your local Napa and get pads and rotors from them. They are made by raybestos, I have always had very good results from them. The aftermarket AC delco parts you get from the dealer and online sources are not usually as good as the actual OEM pads that came with your truck. Plus I think AC delco stuff in general is over priced, you are mostly buying the name.

YMMV. I hope this helps.

ditto that on the AC aftermarket parts. I bought AC Delco wires on Amazon and immediately I had a miss under load. Replaced with Kingsbourne wires at less money and smoothness and power restored
