keys wont come loose from the torsion bars...

Ive had torsion keys installed and adjusted in 5-6 different trucks, and this is the first one that gave us a hard time... i was at the shop i go to for keys and alignment.. first the bolt snapped off at the head, then he coulddnt get the keys to come loose from the bars..this guy has done so many of fthese he could probably do it with his eyes closed...So anyhow we put it back together.. and him and his old man told me to keep soaking it with pb blaster or similar spray, and try again in a week or so.

the dad mentioned possibly using a plasma cutter and cut the oem keys out..

Has anyone had a problem like this or have any input on what i can try?

Any help is appriciated!

I also serviced the allison, and was very surprised..the fluid that came out looked like you were pouring it from the bottle,

It looked and smelled new...

pretty much what he said. i had to soak mine in pb blaster for a few hours and then had a buddy hold the flat end of whatever he had (cant remember sorry) up to the torsion bar and we hammered it out of the key
