2005 Sierra ABS LIGHT!!!!

My ABS light came on and I can’t figure out why is this a common problem where should I start do i need a brake job did something come unplugged???? I still have brakes every now and then the peddle releases a bit but I still have brakes??

The best way to approach an ABS light is to have the codes read. And that will point you in the direction that you need take to fix the problem. Other than that you are just guessing.

read your owners manual is step 1 about messages and indicator lights

 

step 2 is to do what the book says and it says to get it scanned by a shop,,,,they diagnose the trouble code,,present you with an estimate for the repair,,,you say "yes , do it ".... poof its fixed
