Possibly Pre-wired?

My 2000 Sierra SCSB came with power locks and I was wondering if it possibly has the wiring already in place inside each interior fuse block (by the driver and passenger side dash) for power windows and maybe power mirrors?

 

I am trying to perform a manual to power window/mirror conversion and would like to know before I begin so I can start researching wiring diagrams to build a custom harness for each side of the truck.

 

I do have all the parts I think I will need (including the door harnesses from the donor 2001 Sierra SLE) with the exception of the OEM power window regulators. I planned on purchasing new regulators to ensure I had new hardware before I started.

I would open the door and pull the rubber boot off containing the wiring harness and count the wires then look at wiring diagram.
