Has anyone done an overhead dvd in an NBS (1998-2006) Extended cab truck?

The headliner bulges around the dome light, so I am not 100% sure one can be put there...

I have been searching around the web, just not finding much, havent found a single extended cab picture with overhead dvd

Your post says NBS truck, but the NBS truck is from 07-13. Is it truly a new body style truck or are you really talking about the older body style?

If you are talking about a new body style truck and you have the factory sunroof, that's where you will have the bulge for the dome light. In our experience, you can only go with a 10 inch or larger overhead DVD because you have to cut out the entire bulge to allow the unit to lay flat on the headliner. The nice thing about it is that the factory bracketry at the rear edge of the sunroof opening is so stout you could just about use it as a jungle gym for your kids... :- )

We have dozens of photos of installations on the new body style truck on our website – just hit the installation photo database on ADC Mobile.com and do a search for your year of truck and you should be able to find multiple pictures of installed products in that vehicle.

NBS means 99-07c (gmt800) and NNBS is current 07.5-13 (gmt900).

Sorry, after 6 years of the new body style, I'm used to NBS meaning the GMT900...
