Yes, you don't have to get a taller tire to run the level kit. I ran the RC 2" for awhile and never changed the tire size....

well ordered them directly from rc. As far as tire sizes go I take it the first number is the height/second number is width. What form of mesurment is it in cm?

1st number is width in mm and 2nd number is the sidewall height aspect ratio compared to the 1st number... Overall height is tire brand and model specific.

So not all 275/80/18 tires will have the same overall height but there shouldn't be a big difference. Sites like tirerack.com break it down for you if you check....
