I have a 2007 NBS Silverado 4.3 WT with a plain am/fm radio. I was told all of the Silverados are equipped with the XM hookup is this true? I do have Onstar if that makes a difference.

you have to replace the antenne and put a t harness in between the radio and dash harness. Your radio may not be able to support it tough. So you will have to ask the dealer or read up on it.

Thanks for the response. So the all Silverados arent equipped with the XM harness as I was told. I guess Im going to get a aftermarket and go from there.

It comes as a kit. I paid 250 dollars at my dealer. comes with a new two wire antenna and harness, a t harness and xm module with 3 months free.
