code in the SRS system,,,you messed it up doing a dumb mod ,,,,,,heres your sign ......

that's a little harsh bro, from what I can tell he is saying he painted the trim pieces on the steering wheel that peeled. No different than someone swapping out the black ones for the brushed ones or vice versa. Does it suck that it has to get flashed yes, but hardly a "dumb mod." What was dumb was gm painting them with crap that peels off so easy.

not harsh at all,and it doesnt need to be "flashed",he caused a trouble code for doin something dumb ,,,thats my opinion ,,,its not GMs fault he tripped a code ,,,,come on ,,,,he couldve hurt himself if the bag popped !!!!!!

Instead of knocking me down he could have explained how I triggered an error code. And why theres a difference in my painting them versus swapping them out for new or after market?

Who knows...? Maybe you have a connector farked up. Get over the being knocked down part. Sometimes people can be short on here and not mean it the way you take it.
