A/C clutch not engaging???

06 Silverado dual climate control clutch won't engage. I took it to the shop and they said all fuses and relays were good and the system is full on freon. They said the hvac control module isn't sending a signal to the clutch to engaged. I replaced the clutch switch and replaced the Dual climate control. The truck just blows hot and clutch still won't engage.

Check the voltage at the clutch with the truck running and the AC turned on. If you have 12V at the terminal, the clutch should engage. If it has voltage going to the clutch, and it wont engage, the clutch is bad.
