New here and to Chevy

I just bought a 2003 silverado 2500hd with a 7.5" lift, 35" tires, 6.7 bored out v8 with a super charger and more. The 4wd was working when I first bought it but now I'm having problems. The dash lite lights up when I place it in 4hi but nothing was happening to the front wheels. I have replaced replaced the front actuator and now it sound like it shifts into 4hi but there is clanking noise underneath and it sputters at low speeds. Any help would be awesome.
