07 z71 noise in transfer case

Just had tranny rebuilt. Now I have a noise (metal to metal) in front part of t-case and keeps going to awd. Any idea of the problem. I had no previous troubles with it. Thank you

we cant give you probable cause ,,,,the way it works in every garage is the the t case comes out and apart ,it is gone thru and an estimate for repair is given to you for approval ,,,,,,if the cost is higher than a rebuilt unit ,that is what the estimate will be for

but the noise wasnt there before the rebilt tranny ? ,i would take it back myself if thats the case

Thanks. Mechanic is going to pull it he does good work. He is the one that found noise. He didn't do the transfer case. Just tranny. Luv my truck. May trade it in thanks for answers
