2010 gmc serria, 3 chimes

i own a 2010 gmc serria, i get 3 chimes, form the passenger side, i tryed bucking the seat beat, no good, any ideas. thanks ed

You'll get those annoying chimes if either seat belt isn't buckled while your driving, and if there's over 40 lbs. in the passenger seat. I just unplugged the thing under the seat on the driver's side. I left the pass. side connected, as I didn't know if that interfaced with the seat pressure sensor / airbag control. Don't have passengers often enough to be annoyed by it.
