Installing pioneer avh-x1500

I'm installing this in my 06 gmc sierra, it didn't come with any trim kit obviously I'm wondering which to get considering I know this isn't going to screw right in. Also I cannot find an installation guide anywhere is it true I will need a relay for the parking brake etc? I'm not worried about losing my door chimes so I'm not interested in that additional wiring harness. Any ideas?

The harness makes it plug and play. The parking brake relay makes it so you can use video while in motion. You need a double din trim kit for your truck and to cut out a plastic piece behind the radio so it will fit. In another thread I posted I think for jerry a pic of the piece

Ok so basically I can wire this up right now and be good to go I just need the trim kit

Yes if you know what your power wires are on your truck harness. I would use wire taps to keep the harness in tack just in case you decide to use a harness later. Do you have bose? I am going to find my picture I posted and leave a link.

No just the speakers are Bose deck isn't do you have a link for the dash kit I can't find anything that isn't mismatched

I think I picked up a universal at walmart. The decks are different between bose and regular. Not sure the difference.

Don't you need a PAC adapter to hook up to everything? And a steering wheel control adapter too?

No steering wheel controls and I don't care about the door chimes
