Guys

I have no audio from my front left speaker ... Front right has audio. Then there some RARE days where I get audio back.

It is a Bose system with the amplifier..

bout 3 years ago I removed my center console and put in a JUMP seat.. so the amplifier now rests safely under the front passengers seat... (just and FYI of my current setup).

 

any ideas to what is going on here?

I had the same issue with my 2006. I have the BOSE setup and 100% stock. Ended up being a simple short at the speaker plug in the door. Pulled it out bent the contacts in a little bit and sprayed in some electrical contact cleaner. Haven't had any issues since. Good luck.

My whole left channel cuts out for a few minutes at a time (front and back doors on a Tahoe). Any ideas to look at for that. Figure its not the speaker connection since both speakers are effected at the same time (figuring they are wired in parallel).

seems to be either the HEAD or the AMP... I would say AMP or connection to the AMP!

Debugged my issue. It was a loose connector to the aftermarket USA-Spec PA15-GM iPod interface.
