Used zip ties to pull fender liners tight against frame and body.just cut two small slits ad fished a zip tie through.

Toyo Open Country Atii eXtreme 295/55/R20 here on OEM wheels with 2" front only under coil RC levelling. Very minor slight rub on front sway bar when making full lock slow radius turns, i.e. parking lots. Since I'm away of it, I tend to be a little cautious but don't worry about it either.

 

No cutting or tie wrapping inner fender liners.

can you explain more what you zip tied the liners too? in front and behind tire? was it only at full lock rubbing?

No zip ties needed for the front of front wheel well only fo rear of front fender well. Gas mileage isnt looking great but haven't been far. Average around 16 mpg.
