2014 silverado with a bad vibration anyone else have this

I have contact gm and had a case opened where they say they will make you happy and it's their job to make the dealer stand behind what they sell. Three weeks later they say that they can't do anything, dealer says there is nothing wrong so there is nothing wrong, what a joke. I did take it to another dealer on way home from where I purchased after they kept it for 7 days and said it was fine, I asked a tech to drive it just to see what he would say and he said he felt it and bring it back on Monday and he would figure it out. Next day service manager calls and says come get it that he drove it and felt nothing, I said what about the tech that said he felt it on Saturday and he said he doesn't feel it today this is no joke that's what he said. There is something wrong with these trucks don't buy one! The loaner they gave me for 7 days was brand new when it hit 260 miles it started vibrating it was 2 wheel drive crew cab. It sucks to know you just got screwed out of over 30 grand and you can't do anything
