Aftermarket accessories?

Hey guys had my truck since November and I'm waiting on when there will be after market accessories, bed rails, tail. Light covers and all that good stuff. Just curious if anyone knows when this stuff will be avaliable? Next month, 6 months, a year? Getting impatient
