Issues with 2008 silverado 4.8l o2 sensors P1133 warranty almost up&#

Hi All! I'm wondering if anybody has experienced something similar. My truck is a 2008 Silverado with a 4.8l with 44,000 miles on it. I just bought it and CEL came on throwing a P1133 Insufficient switching code Bank 1 sensor 1. I have a 30 day warranty from the lot I bought it from, so I took it back and they said the O2 was lazy and they changed it. less then 100 miles and CEL comes back on. I plugged in my OBD2 reader and got the same code P1133 Insufficient switching... I only have two weeks left on my warranty. What should I be looking for? Does this sound like symptoms of a cracked manifold or head gasket leak?
