Photoshop tweak

OK, I'm getting frustrated and can't get Photoshop to do what I want it to do.

 

Can someone please take the picture of my truck in my signature and add Mickey Thompson Classic II rims to my truck?

 

I've been trying to do this for a couple of weeks with no luck.

I actualy got them all done myself, I woke up and realized what I was doing wrong and got it all working.........

Just my personal preference, I hate the direcitonals, because one side is going one way, and the other side of the vehicle is going the other...unless I am extremely confused, which wouldn't be the first time
