94 Chevy Blazer rebuild

Any tips on replacing the center AC blend door with out dropping everything. Either I have big hands or 2 many wires in a small area. Any suggestions would be great!

I rebuilt the heater and AC box on my '89 K5 Jimmy. Pull the whole thing out. Take pics of all the little details.... I found zero help or parts online. I used foam from Home Depot for restoring the form seals on the flapper doors. Everything got cleaned and the metal parts got painted black. Bolts through the firewall.... had to get new ones from HD also as the OEM style bolts are non existent and you might snap them coming off. Good size job.... My advise... Use the GE Black Silicone from Home Depot to seal the housing pieces back to the firewall. Don't mess around with the weather stripping glue like some say to use.
