Has anyone tried to replace the key fob with something else, maybe the one from the Sonic. Silverado has the cheapest one that I have ever seen. You would think with the amount of money that we paid they would have had something better.

Theres been threads on this... the reason we dont have a nice key like that is because that key would stick out to far and the shifter would hit it when you go into gear...
