When I let off the brake at a stop I don't move....

I drive a 2002 2500hd silverado and I'm having issues with what I think May be the brakes. When I'm at a dead stop and let off the brake I just barley creep forward like something is holding me back. Dose anyone have any suggestions as to exactly what may be going on??

Disc brakes may not be releasing fully because of corrosion.

Hopefull nobody else drove it and left the E brake on? Do you have a good tire store you go to? If mine I would take it in and have them put it on the hoist.
