Driver Side Bolster Wearing Out?

The fabric on my 2014 was showing a lot of wear and bolster split with less than 10000 miles on it. They replaced in under warranty. As soon as they did I put custom neoprene seat covers on and now at 25000 mile the bolster is split again but fabric doesn't show any wear. I weight about 160 and am careful about how I get in and out of my truck, especially after they fixed it the first time. I had a '99 Silverado with 160000 miles on it before this truck and the seats in it looked great when I got rid of it, the body not so much. I will be taking it in again just before the warranty runs out. I think the material that these seats are made out of is junk.
