Ford TB Key

I installed my Ford TB keys over the weekend, I am very happy with the lift amount, but my front tires are toed in more than I expected and look like this, \-----/; will the alignment shop be able to straighten out the front end,

I took mine to the dealer (still under 12000 miles so it was free) and they were able to bring the toe in back to the original specs.
