6.0 swap vss problems

I have a 2002 silverado 1500 4x4 (work series) with a 6.0 4l80e (both where swaped in) and a manual T/C that was converted to attach to the 4l80e. The PCM and harness is from the truck that originally housed the 6.0 and has a auto T/C tune. Because of the vss sensors the transmission doesn't know when to shift correctly the speedometer doesn't work or does the cruise control.

My current questions are.

-If I tune the pcm for a manual T/C will I need the manual T/C harness?

-If I tune the PCM as a 2wd would it be possible to wire my front actuator on a switch?

-what is the guarantee way to fix my problem?

(Sorry for the jumbled mess I've explained the best I know how)

Well if I went back with another push button. I'd have to buy another one because I used the input shaft out of my auto T/C that I had and it would still have to have the BCM for the different T/C too because the buttons would have to be wired into the dash
