Hey everyone, love this forum! I just bought a 2014 WT Silverado, double cab. It came with the WT wheels but my buddy who also has 14 Silverado bought 20's (aftermarket) and I bought his and put it on my WT. Although I didn't intend on buying a WT, I love this truck and it came with over $3k in optional equipment (heated mirrors, towing, locking tailgate, upgraded interior, tinted windows, pw, pdl). I was skeptical in buying this as a lower level truck, I usually buy the mid to higher level, but after not having a truck since 2000 (with the boys and multiple houses, not sure how we survived this long!) it still fits the bill. Although I am envious of some you LT and LTZ owners (very nice!) and more options, I do love this truck! I hope to get a throatier exhaust at some point and after reading the forum, I know it will be a Magnaflow and not Flowmaster! I am really impressed with how far the 4.3 V-6 has come. I have had 3 other Chevy trucks with this engine in the 90's and it has come a long way. I hope to plasti dip the grill silver, similar to the other Silverado's that have the chrome outline but black insert. It's also a 4x4 so I the wheels and tires are more city and less off road but that's more me anyway. Any feedback on improvements are welcome! Thanks for this forum, I read it nightly (after the kids are in bed of course!).
