2001 xr650r

The other day I was shopping on amazon and came across this

I really like the sound of my bike with out the silencer insert and I believe this would give me a similar sound, but my question is would i have to do any retuning? Does anyone know? Thanks

This electrical assembly is in great condition. The parts are clean. Everything you see is included. These parts look very nice and are ready to be installed and used. These parts came off a great running bike and are in excellent working condition. This is a very nice assembly.
