Under tailgate LED lights

I purchased an LED strip for under my tailgate that offers running/break/turn/reverse options and I would like to hardwire this directly to the harness that is behind the bumper on my sierra but I can't for the life of me find any wire color identification info. Does anyone know which wire is which on that harness or can you refer me to a thread on here that could lead me in the right direction?

You should be able to buy a T connector that plugs into the wiring harness. You would still have to hard wire the revese lights.

It comes with the connector but I don't want the wires hanging out around the bumper and have to remove it whenever I tow a trailer. Just looking for a little cleaner look
