Leaking antifreeze

I just noticed that I am loosing antifreeze. If you look down at the front of the truck it looks like it is coming out from the big hose at the bottom left of the radiator. Its not a big leak. Is it safe to drive to my GMC dealer that is over 50 miles away.

You may want to tighten the clamp on the hose as well. Check and make sure the antifreeze is not running down the hose from the water pump as well.

If it is not pissing out, do as govtech4 suggested.
