Trailer plugs on 2014 silverado

I can't seem to get trailer plug all the way into the 6 prong outlet. Seems to go in and stops..it's barely holding it in. Worked fine in my 2007 Silverado. Anyone else having such a problem?

I had the same issue yesterday, but after messing with it a while, it finally snapped it. Just took some coaxing

Tnx djay ... Did the same thing after I posted... Figured if it broke it's under warranty.
