Help with Possible tire sizes with 4" Lift

Hello all,

I just pulled the trigger on the tuff country 4" lift for my 14 gmc sierra. It says i need wheels with 4.5 backspacing or less. Do you guys think i can get away with a 34.5...etc. tire (or a 35"...etc.)? Also i will be getting 18" wheels so any recomendations on tire sizes are welcome. I dont mind minor trimming of plastics but no metal. Thanks in advance for any input.

There is one guy running 35s on a 4" BDS lift here. Don't remember the name though, if you browse through the past threads you should find the thread he posted.
