DIC Wheel Controls Acting Up???

2005 Silverado with full wheel controls. Noticed lately that only the upper 2 buttons are working (Program, Source,Seek ,Volume). Can't seem to get the fuel, trip, info and back to work. For a brief monent last week The seek and volume quit also but are now working again. Tried tilting the wheel in various positions and trying them but never really noticed a change. Noticed it once that random ones would not respond at first then after a few tries they worked.

 

Any Ideas????? Read about the Clock Spring but have had no recent work to Steering shaft done. No other symptoms with air bag or other lights noticed.

 

Where should I start or look to repair?

Might be electrical. See if it has any codes
