2015 Denali HD missing cooled seats

Noticed after getting my new truck home that the button to control the cooled seats was missing. Back to the dealership to run diagnostics..... tech said the body control module "knows it's there" but they were not sure what all would have to be replaced. They're gonna start with trying to install the proper buttons....if the appropriate wiring is even there for it. No idea if the seats themselves are even correct. Ughhhhh.

After you got your cooled seats installed did the vents In the back of your seats blow lots of hot air out?! I just test drove 2015 and they acted like it was normal. So if I have rear passengers and I'm using my cooled seats on high basically they have a heater blowing directly on them. Dealership states Arcadias sometimes have a hose come loose that causes warmer air but this was hot

Seats fixed. All they had to do was install the correct buttons in the dash. Everything else was already there. I haven't had any issues with hot air blowing in back while they're on. Working great so far.
