Transmission line recall

Does anybody know what fitting this is, and is it something I can check myself. I shift work and my schedule has been crazy. Is this something I can check/tighten myself?

The fittings are around the 4 o'clock position on the driver side of the transmission. The lines go into a block on the trans. They also connect to the trans cooler those are a little harder to see. It took my dealer about 5 minutes to complete this inspection. Just make sure the lines and block are dry and you should be good to go.
