Replacing speakers

I was thinkin about changin out my speakers in the doors and i was wonderin what yall got in the doors..I have a 2500HD crew cab...for starters i just wanna replace the fronts and then later the rear....what are the best speakers for the dinero and what size do i need...do i need an amp or will the factory HU do the job?  Thanks in advance
