Ford torsion bar key installation

I have a friend of mine who just recently bought a 99 GMC Sierra and would like to buy the Ford Torsion bar keys. He was asking me if anyone on this board would have some instructions on how to install them, he wants to do it himself. The only thing I could tell him was that he would need a set of 6" jaw pullers. could someone who has installed them give me a brief discription of how to do this Job. thanks again for any help

I'm gonna caution you on using a C-Clamp. My cuz used one to do his and while doing the one on the passenger side, he bent the s*%t out of it. There is a lot of force being applied to the C-Clamp and most won't hold without bending. He ended up looping a chain around the frame and using a jack to push the T-Bar high enough to lock the keys back in. Needless to say, my uncle was pissed about him ruining a $60 C-Clamp.
