Thank you very much for this write up. I realized the 2015 was different when I began delving into this seemingly easy project. Because of this thread I did this:  used a chisel to pull the gold insert out, put a flathead in and broke the plastic rivets, then just removed the chrome trim. Saved me at least an hour worth of work (which is the hour I spent on the rear emblem.

So with the front bumper, you just stick a flat head screwdriver inbetween the gold emblem and chrome trim and gently pop the emblem out? Then reinsert the new one with the tabs? For the tailgate, you actually remove the entire emblem and the new one just is an adhesive?

 

are those replacement bowties Chrome or Black Chrome trimmed?
