Hey y'all I got a check engine light today and got the code scanned they said that it was the o2 heater circuit I replaced the o2 sensor yesterday and now I get that code, any ideas on how to figure out where it is dropping power to the o2 heater circuit? It's on the drivers side. Thanks for the future input yall.

I'm having a similar problem after replacing the catalytic converter about a year ago (went ahead and replaced all four sensors at same time). After hours spent troubleshooting with multimeter, scanner, swapping/switching original and new sensors around, I am fairly certain that it may be the brand I purchased (Denso - different than stock) despite RockAuto listing it as an appropriate replacement for my vehicle. Although a wiring issue might definitely be the source of your code, I'd be curious to know what brand you may have replaced, and further troubleshooting details if interested.
